Biography

Fernando is a senior associate at Fintax Andorra, and the leader of the corporate and M&A department.

With professional experience in both Spain and Andorra, he focuses his practice on advising start-ups, private clients and financial institutions, and has participated in numerous acquisitions and restructuring operations, joint ventures, commercial agreements, venture capital financings and debt portfolio securitisation transactions, both in the domestic market and in cross-border scenarios.

His practice areas include corporate and commercial law, new technologies and private equity, and blockchain and cryptocurrencies regulation.
